Superb Functions, what can one say about these, I did the Player of the Year awards for them last year at Manchester United, they owe nearly £3000 has any one had any luck getting money from them? I have had this case in court twice, don't seem to be getting anywhere!!!!! any advice?.........

Go back to court and ask for a walking posession order and then send the court bailiffs to collect good to the value which will then be auctioned off.
They will usually cease goods to much more than the value of the debt. This is becuase they also have to recover enough to cover the cost of the auctioneers and court fees etc. -------------------- DFB Website Admin

this might sound drastic ... but could prove a solution
if you are owed more than 750 ... you could go for a volountary winding up order .... please read up about this, as there are many ways of getting money ... and STOPPING directors of companies with bad practices in their tracks !! -------------------- The Proud Owner of FUNKTION ONE Sound system kit
