Hello,
I placed an order on ukdj.co.uk several weeks ago, before the change of the appearance of the website. Now I can't login any more, it says the system doesn't recognize my email adress and I don't get any replies on my emails. Does anyone else have similar problems or knows how to get in contact with them through email? Thanks, Viola |

Might be obvious, but you could always try calling? I've never had replies from DFB/UKDJ when I've emailed, so if I do deal with them, it's by phone.

I have always had 100% excellent service but it has always been by phone...so like Danno says give that a try.
